Viral is the Managing Partner and the Founder of the firm. He is a graduate in Civil Engineering and Law from the University of Mumbai. He is enrolled on the rolls of Solicitors in England & Wales, presently non-practicing (NP). Over the years, Viral has gained experience in various legal matters, both transaction related and resolution of disputes. He is a tough negotiator and task master and ensures his client’s interests are not compromised. He is a very able draftsman, both in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters. He has good and long standing relations with Senior Counsels in the Bombay High Court as well as Supreme Court of India. He has hands on experience in land revenue matters and is mature in liaison work in relation to land revenue and the disputes in relation thereto. He has experience and exposure of procedural aspects in court, including preparing briefs and also preparing notes for Senior Counsels and briefing them. He is well versed in matters relating to stamp duty, adjudication for his Real Estate and Corporate clients. Viral has great clarity of thought and varied exposure in handling transaction with ease. He has vast experience in representing and advising various entities in real estate sector including investing companies and investors property, developers, buyers, lessors, lessees and funds on host of real estate matters including advise on FDI in real estate sector, structuring of investments, acquisition of properties and its development, due diligence and investigation of title and negotiating deals.
Jagruti is also one of the Founder Partner of the firm heading the firm’s Commercial Practice. She is a graduate in commerce as well as in Law from the University of Bombay. Over the last few years she has expertly handled several big ticket transactions.
